A luxury website for a luxury cottage in Coxwold

- 2 July 2018 -

We’re so excited for Simon and Carol to start shouting about their gorgeous holiday cottage in Coxwold, North Yorkshire. Building their website for them was a delight! Not only are they the perfect hosts for their cottage, they were absolutely lovely to work with.

The brief

They found Bow House after seeing the work we’d done on a website for Croft House, B&B. Simon and Carol loved the site so much they knew we’d be a great fit for them and asked us to build theirs too.

The pair had moved to Coxwold after living in Northamptonshire, returning to Carol’s Yorkshire roots. Once they’d settled in, they spent time creating accommodation they’d be delighted to stay in themselves.

Simon and Carol knew they wanted a website that reflected the luxury and class of their new cottage. We chatted to them a bit more about what they’d envisioned for their website and got to work.

The design

They provided us with great pictures of Forge cottage and the surrounding areas. These pictures informed a lot of our designs for their site. With such a beautiful location and a luxurious and welcoming space, we knew it would be foolish not to show it off on the site.

The Coxwold Cottages website is fully responsive and looks great no matter how their customers come to it. Whether they’re browsing on mobile, tablet or desktop, potential guests of Forge cottage won’t fail to be impressed by the location, amenities or the foodie treats waiting for them.

Carol and Simon love their new website and told us a little more about their Bow House experience:

“We are new to North Yorkshire and needed a find a web developer to create a stylish website for Coxwold Cottages, our new luxury self-catering holiday business. Our search led us to Bow House and we have been very impressed with their ideas and work in creating an impressive website for us. Thank you to Richard and Alan in particular.”

We’re really excited to see how well the site performs for Simon and Carol. We’ll be keeping our eye on their blog to check out all the fun things they get up to.
