As you might have seen from our very excited posts on social media, our new recruit, Beth, won an award last week!
We entered Beth into the Hambleton Business Awards 2018 in their Graduate Champion category. Beth joined our team in March 2018 from a digital marketing and copy writing internship. She’s just finished off her dissertation submission in her Contemporary Literature Master’s degree and is eagerly awaiting her feedback for it.
When Beth first joined the team, she’s got stuck into writing lots of blogs for the tourism websites we manage as well as our own blog page, and took control of all the social media accounts. Now, as well as keeping all the social profiles going and blogs up to date, Beth is helping us to expand the services we can offer to our clients and is helping them take control of their SEO (search engine optimisation).
Beth audits websites for our clients and comes up with a plan of action for helping them increase their search rankings on Google and other search engines. Dedicating time to get the pages up to scratch and making sure all their content is tailored to the business’s key terms helps them get more traffic through to their website organically.
These organic users are much more interested in the products and services being sold on each website. These are people who are actively searching for the solution to their problems or the answer to their questions and are much more likely to commit to a sale. These are the customers we all want to have come through to our websites!
If you’d like to talk about getting more organic traffic to your site, please get in touch. Beth would be delighted to take a look at your site and to get stuck in to raising your organic online profile.
